- Drink tons of water.
Like a baby. 8-10h a night.
With a steady sleeping schedule.
Go to sleep and wake up at constant times.
You need deep sleep. So stop overthinking before going to bed.
Clean your mind and press the OFF button.
You are a social animal.
You get dopamine, serotonin, and oxytocin from forging friendships & relationships with other humans.
Meet new people.
Do some fun stuff.
Whatever you do
DO NOT lock yourself inside the house. DO NOT isolate yourself. Go out.
5. TAKE Ws
Studies show that every time a man wins in a competition against another man, his T levels DIRECTLY go up.
